Pam Miller taught for many years in Milwaukee Public Schools as a bilingual educator and school librarian. She speaks Spanish fluently and loves to travel and have adventures with family and friends. She has been teaching yoga and mindfulness to youth and adults since 2010 and recently received her certificate in horticultural therapy. Pam teaches a variety of modalities and believes in the many benefits that these wellness practices offer.

Right now, the mental health crisis that our nation and world are experiencing is not a secret. Pam has a heartfelt passion, a genuine interest, and a true desire to support the personal well-being of the people she works with. Already highly trained as an educator, Pam is a life-long learner. She is always seeking opportunities to expand and share her practice in her community. With a kind and compassionate heart, Pam helps facilitate peoples’ experiences towards a deeper connection with themselves and the world around them.

"For me, yoga is a form of exercise, a spiritual discipline, and a way to be mindful. I have learned to be mindful on and off the mat. I enjoyed participating in the meditations and postures. Outside of this class, yoga has helped me to decrease my stress and it has helped to improve my mood, by taking some deep mindful breaths."
